Bugatti Restaurant

The Bugatti restaurant has been a place of pleasant reunions since its origin in late 1920s.
Jaroslav Ježek composed his famous Bugatti step there, and the white piano at which he composed it is a dominant of the restaurant even today.
There are more than 150 seats, where you can have your morning coffee, business lunch, a family celebration, a firm event, a reception or a ball.
The Bugatti restaurant is open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (WiFi free of charge).
It offers traditional Central European cuisine. On the extensive menu you can find e.g. marinated pork tenderloin with thyme and chanterelle in fine cream sauce, grilled pikeperch steak in lemon pepper on gratinated vegetables with hot aubergine, but also traditional grandmother’s meals e.g. beef sirloin in cream sauce, Moravian rolls with potato dumplings or sweet meals, e.g. omelettes with poppy and damson-cheese jam decorated with pear.

Our chef’s name is Antonín Svoboda. He cooked meals for 25 European presidents, for Mrs. Madeleine Korbel - Albright, secretary of state of the USA, and ombudsman Otakar Motejl.
You can enter the restaurant directly from the hotel garage. The room is air-conditioned.
