Garage - Slovan Hotel
The Slovan garage offers convenient parking for 140 cars
within a short distance of the historic center of Brno.
The garage is under continuous operation, even on weekends and holidays.
Service is available at all times in the garage.
All of the parked vehicles are protected by a video camera system
and a security service.
Insurance for the parked vehicles is also arranged.

Short-term parking
Monday – Friday from 7:00 to 18:00 – 12 CZK for each 30 minutes counted
Monday – Friday from 18:00 to 7:00 – 8 CZK for each 30 minutes counted
Upper limit: 300 CZK / day
Saturday and Sunday – 8 CZK / 30 minutes
Upper limit: 150 CZK / day
Price for hotel guests 220 CZK / 24 hours (Friday - Sunday 150 CZK / 24 hours).
Pre-payment card (sold by the garage service staff)
Monday – Friday from 7:00 to 18:00 – 10 CZK for each 30 minutes counted
Monday – Friday from 18:00 to 7:00 – 4 CZK for each 30 minutes counted
Upper limit: 300 CZK / day
Saturday and Sunday – 4 CZK / 30 minutes
Upper limit: 150 CZK / day
Preferential hourly rate for a one-month period – max. 3 cards, written contract
For the first 50 hours: 12 CZK for each 30 minutes counted
For the next 20 hours: 9 CZK for each 30 minutes counted
For the following hours: 6 CZK for each 30 minutes counted
All of the given rates include the 20% VAT
Long-term parking (one month and more)
To be agreed on by written contractual arrangement
Monthly rental for one parking space – 3500 CZK + VAT of 20% for each month
Monthly rental for one motorcycle – 1500 CZK + VAT of 20% for each month
Monthly rate for parking on working days from 18:00 to 7.00 and on Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays – 1300 CZK + VAT of 20% for each month counted
Yearly rent for one parking space – 34,900 CZK + VAT of 20% for each year
Yearly rent for one motorcycle – 15,126 CZK + VAT of 20% for each year
When signing a contract covering at least 5 years,
the yearly rate for one parking space is reduced to 32,500 CZK + VAT of 20% for each year
For rentals involving a larger number of vehicles, individual rates may be negotiated,
including the possibility of discounted hourly rates for larger numbers of parked vehicles
in individual corporate cases.
